Company consolidates, expands clinical tissue collection and manufacturing in new California facility.

California-based nutrition company enters into agreement to purchase manufacturing facility in Winston Salem, NC. The facility will employ approximately 500 new positions when it reaches full production and it will manufacture Herbalife's nutritional powders and liquids for the North American and other markets around the world.
The facility will be a 320,000-square-foot manufacturing, research, showroom and administrative facility and will be located at the Sugarlimb Industrial Park.
