This benchmark report reflects the broad experiences of CRE professionals and provides comparative analytics to identify noteworthy operational risk management trends; the most common processes for reducing liability and insurance premiums; emergency preparedness best practices and hurdles; and much more.
Findings of the survey include:
- The top operational risk concern to CRE owners and managers is building incidents.
- 49% of property management professionals do not conduct Emergency Scenario Training Sessions.
- 70% of property owners and managers admit their tenants could easily bring in vendors without their knowledge.
