Parametric Solutions, Inc. (PSi) plans to add 200 employees to an existing workforce of 255 at its office and manufacturing facility in Jupiter, FL. The designer of gas turbines used in jets and industrial gas turbines for energy generation will invest $1 million in the expansion.
The Business Development Board of Palm Beach County (BDB) helped the company secure a Quick Response Training grant of $300,000 through its partnerships with CareerSource Florida and CareerSource Palm Beach County.

They possess world-class engineers in the design, analysis and drafting of aviation products and employ some of the top product development specialists in Florida. PSi performs mechanical design and analysis work for a wide variety of clients, from inventors to the largest corporations in the world. The industries supported include aerospace, consumer products, medical equipment, green energy, and transportation. Since 1993, PSi has tackled projects throughout the full product development cycle, from initial concept to manufacturing.
