Under Gov. John Bel Edwards, Louisiana has become a national leader in cyber security and a global leader in water management and coastal restoration.

The industrial chemical company’s new catalyst blending plant will serve refinery clients around the world from an industrial park in Lacassine, Jefferson Davis Parish.

Located in Urania, LA, the new sawmill now employs 115 people following its opening earlier this year. 

The company will expand its plastics manufacturing operations in Holden, LA, retaining 15 jobs in Livingston Parish.

From sustainable row crops such as sugarcane and soybeans, to world-class fisheries, livestock production and vast forestlands, Louisiana is advancing itsr agribusiness industry through value-added projects.
