With more than 5,200 full-time employees across the country, Drew Industries currently has approximately 3,400 employees in Indiana. The company has already begun hiring additional engineers, furniture assemblers, general laborers, drivers and welders in Elkhart County.

The company, which provides long-haul, dry van truckload service throughout North America, will invest $5.7 million to build a 61,000 square-foot training facility near its Indianapolis headquarters campus.
GEICO to Open Service Center in Central Indiana, Add 1,200 Jobs
The Washington, DC-based auto insurer will invest millions of dollars to lease, renovate and equip 109,000 square feet of space in the area. The new office is expected to be operational by late April.
Chrysler Group Invests Millions In Indiana, Adds 1,250 New Jobs
With this announcement, Chrysler Group has confirmed total investments of more than $1.6 billion in Kokomo for production of the eight- and nine-speed transmissions as well as various other process improvements at all four facilities in the area. The company currently employs more than 6,100 in Kokomo.
Metal Fabricator To Relocate From Ohio To Northeast Indiana
The company will invest $2.7 million to move its headquarters and operations to its existing 130,000 square-foot facility in Fremont. KMI also plans to relocate fabricating equipment from Ohio and update the Steuben County facility's software and technology.
