Step 1: Getting Started

Hello and thank you for your interest in creating your very own Location Spotlight to be featured throughout Business Facilities Online.

In order for your Location Spotlight to be built to your specific expectations, please organize and submit the following materials.

Your page content can be given to us as a Word or Powerpoint document. To minimize file size you can place files into a folder, zip it, and submit it as an attachment. At the end of the form submission process you will have the ability to send attachment files. If the combined size is larger than 20MB please email the webmaster@groupc.com for further instructions.

During this process you will be asked for the following:

1. Contact Information
2. Location Spotlight Name
3. Page Names
4. Content for each page - including text, videos, links, images (large, hi-resolution is best and gives us the most flexibility), whitepapers, case studies, etc. If you have this content on an existing site and would like to use it on your Location Spotlight please provide us with the link and we can take the content directly from your site.
5. Links to your social media pages and syndication (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, RSS Feeds, etc.).
6. UAP Banner Ads (Use the Universal Ad Package (UAP) standard ad sizes to cover all desktop, tablet & mobile audiences. 728x90 Leaderboards, 300x250 Medium Rectangles, 160x600 Wide Skyscrapers and 180x150 Rectangles. These can be .jpg, .png, .gif, or HTML5 and 3rd Party Tags).
7. Testimonials and poll questions (if applicable).
8. Contact form fields and email address to send form submission to, or a link to your hosted contact form (if applicable)
9. Any link tracking code you will be using (ie. http:://www.your-site.com?utm_source=BusinessFacilities-com&utm_medium=Location-Spotlight)
