How Is Your Itinerary Assembled?

Your itinerary is assembled via our online appointment system. A few weeks before the event, you will select the site selectors you want to meet with in one-on-one meetings, and conference sessions you wish to attend. Typically you will spend 50% of your time in conferences.

Your itinerary will be broken down as follows:

  • One-on-One meetings:
    These 25-minute meetings are held with site selectors and consultants. Sponsors remain in their meeting area for the business hours of the day and delegates circulate to meetings. On average, location sponsors have 10-15 prescheduled appointments over the course of the event.
  • Mealtime meetings:
    Mealtimes are part of the meeting itinerary and delegates’ table seating will be determined by our matching system and based on preferences.
  • Conference sessions:
    When you have open time slots, you will be scheduled to attend one of our conference sessions.
  • Ad Hoc Meetings:
    Free time at the event is limited. However, some time is available to arrange ad hoc meetings with delegates, sponsors, and speakers, as requested.
