LeaseCalcs, Inc. has been named as a semi-finalist in the Cloud/SaaS/Web Platform Solutions category of the Orange County Technology Alliance’s Annual High-Tech Innovation Awards for its lease analysis, accounting and commercial real estate market intelligence SaaS application.
Irvine, CA-based LeaseCalcs‘ patent-pending Software-as-a-Service (“SaaS”) application allows commercial real estate brokers and commercial tenants to eliminate silos of lease data and duplicated systems by creating a collaborative tool to analyze, account for and administer commercial real estate leases, while providing subscribers with important intelligence and insights on the commercial real estate market.
“We are delighted to have been selected as a semi-finalist in this year’s awards,” said Marc Maiona, President of LeaseCalcs. “The High-Tech Awards from the OC Tech Alliance recognizes innovative companies for their important technology advancements. We’re especially proud to say LeaseCalcs’ subscribers nominated us for this award. LeaseCalcs is transforming the commercial real estate industry by empowering real estate brokers, landlords and tenants around the globe to collaborate with their lease data in order to solve multiple problems for all involved. From lease analysis, to lease accounting, to comps and market intelligence, one set of data serves multiple purposes in a secure, collaborative process, while also helping companies reduce the time and cost of complying with the FASB & IASB’s new lease accounting rules.”
“Our judges reviewed significantly more product nominations this year than in previous years,” said Peter Craig, CEO, OC Tech Alliance. “We congratulate LeaseCalcs for being selected as a semi-finalist. This selection demonstrates an example of the many companies – from large established firms to start-ups – that drive technology innovative here, across the country and around the world.”
Now in its 22nd year, the High-Tech Innovation Awards is Southern California’s premier awards program event celebrating achievement among the regional tech industry. The OC Tech Alliance honors local companies, individuals and products that drive innovation in Orange County. Winners will be announced on October 8, 2015.
