Develey Mustard & Condiments Corporation will invest $20 million in its first North American production facility, creating 150 jobs in Dyer County over the next five years.
Heartland Food Products Group, a producer and marketer of low calorie sweeteners, drink mixes, coffee and nutritional beverages, will expand its operations in Indianapolis, creating up to 187 new jobs by 2020.
To encourage the investment and job growth in Owingsville, the Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority (KEDFA) preliminarily approved the company for tax incentives up to $3 million through the Kentucky Business Investment program.
The company plans to maintain its existing plant in Dallas but re-locate its primary production headquarters to the Marietta Industrial Park and begin production later this year, which could lead to the addition of up to 100 jobs in the area. Aug 31, 2012 @ 2:31 PM
