Frito-Lay To Open Distribution Center in Mobile, Alabama Region

The snack maker is building a 25,000-square-foot distribution facility in Prichard, AL.

Frito-Lay has chosen Prichard, Alabama for its new distribution center. The project, which broke ground in June 2024, is approximately 25,000-square-feet and it represents a significant investment in the community. Once complete, the facility will serve as the direct-store-delivery hub for the greater Mobile area.

“This development underscores the economic vitality of our region and the strategic advantages we offer for logistics and distribution operations. We are excited about the job opportunities and economic growth this will bring,” said Mobile Chamber President and CEO Bradley Byrne.
