“Forrester is excited to join, and contribute to, one of the fastest-growing local economies and most dynamic communities in the U.S.,” said George Colony, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Forrester. “As home to an emerging technology sector, respected institutions of higher education, and a vibrant creative community, Nashville is fertile ground for recruiting the intellectually curious individuals, passionate about technology’s impact on business, who will help Forrester continue to grow.”

Forrester is among the most influential research and advisory firms in the world with 15 offices worldwide in North America, Europe and Asia. The company is one of the 50 Best Places to Work in the U.S., according to job and recruitment site Glassdoor’s 2017 rankings. With this expansion, Forrester will be growing its inside sales and support team using Nashville as a strategic hub. The office will serve the U.S. market.

“Tennessee prides itself on being a state where not only existing companies want to grow and expand, but also innovative companies like Forrester want to locate new operations,” said Gov. Bill Haslam. “I appreciate Forrester for choosing to locate its new facility in Davidson County and for creating more than 100 new jobs in Tennessee.”

“Forrester is a leader in the research sector, which has grown exponentially in Tennessee,” said Tennessee Economic and Community Development Commissioner Randy Boyd. “From 2010 to 2016, research employment has grown 34.7 percent and it is great news Forrester will be adding even more jobs to this sector and Team Tennessee.”
