D.H. Pace To Locate HQ, Local Operations In Olathe, KS

The residential and commercial door company plans to bring over 280 jobs to the state over the next five years as a result of the move, which consolidates four existing locations.

The D.H. Pace Company Inc. will locate its corporate headquarters and other operations in Olathe, KS. The residential and commercial door company plans to bring over 280 jobs to the state over the next five years as a result of the move.

“We are excited to make Olathe, KS, our new corporate headquarters and location for serving the Greater Kansas City community,” said Rex Newcomer, CEO of D.H. Pace. “This move allows us to consolidate our four existing locations into one modern and efficient facility.”

D.H. Pace operates several Overhead Door Company distributorships as well as its own DH Pace Door Services brand. D.H. Pace plans to make a capital investment of $14 million at the new facility over the next five years.

“I’m excited that D.H. Pace has decided to make Kansas its home,” said Kansas Commerce Secretary Pat George. “When companies invest and grow jobs here, it’s a good sign that we’re creating the great business environment needed for a robust economy.”

“We’re thrilled that D.H. Pace has chosen to call Olathe home to its new headquarters,” said Tim McKee, CEO of the Olathe Chamber of Commerce. “Not only are we welcoming nearly 300 employees to the City of Olathe, we’re retaining those jobs and a locally owned and operated business in the region.”
