CRE Teams Face Significant Structural Change

An infographic from JLL's latest Global CRE Trends report identifies four fundamental themes that characterize the challenge for CRE leaders and their teams: centralization, integration, expectation and outsourcing.

CRE teams are undergoing significant structural change, according to JLL’s latest biennial report on global CRE trends, Global Corporate Real Estate Trends 2015. In response to increasing expectations and scrutiny, CRE leaders are also drawing upon the resources of outsourced service providers with greater frequency. While this is driving improvements and efficiencies in basic service delivery, most CRE teams are still striving for excellence and, in some cases, relevance. The report is based on input from 540 CRE executives, from more than 350 companies and 36 countries.
