At NAI Global, Jamie focuses on site relocation for manufacturers, where she evaluates supply chain and logistics networks and examines other variables, project drivers, and risk mitigation factors that ultimately create the strategy for a successful project. Clients include domestic and global companies within the advanced manufacturing, automotive, consumer goods, and food and beverage sectors. Jamie also works alongside economic development managers throughout the Southeast U.S. on identifying prime industrial sites and developing industrial parks within their communities. She also represents developers and investors on leasing and investment sales throughout North Carolina. Prior to joining NAI Global, Jamie spent 13 years performing business development for geotechnical and civil engineering firms and brings with her an in-depth knowledge of the due diligence process as well as site conditions affecting project design and costs. She previously procured business opportunities for the firms she represented within the Washington, DC metropolitan area, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee, and has experience working with owners and developers across the retail, multifamily, hospitality, and industrial sectors.
