Jones Plastic and Engineering Expanding In Tennessee

Jones Plastic and Engineering will expand in Camden, TN. The plastic injection mold manufacturer will invest $4.5 million and create 52 new jobs in Benton County. The project is Jones Plastic’s second expansion in four years in Camden.

“Jones Plastic and Engineering is excited to be part of the Benton County community,” said Jones Plastic and Engineering Plant Manager Eric Hicks. “This is the second expansion Jones Plastic and Engineering has made in a four-year period. Jones Plastic looks forward to creating jobs and continually growing in Benton County. The last 20 years have been exceptional and the company intends on helping this community in future endeavors. We would like to thank Benton County and the State of Tennessee for their continual support.”

Jones Plastic and Engineering is one of the world’s leading plastic injection molders and employs 2,400 employees worldwide. The company’s primary markets are appliances, outdoor products, medical supplies, electronics and automotive. Jones Plastic will expand its current facility in Benton County to accommodate growing demand and to make room for new equipment.
