REAL STREET Expo Offers CCIM’s CRE Courses

TINTON FALLS, NJ — Accredited commercial real estate courses from the CCIM Institute will be featured at Group C Media‘s new REAL STREET Expo, which will take place February 11-12, 2015 at the LVH/Westgate Las Vegas Resort.

“CCIM is the gold standard for essential and continuing CRE education and we are very pleased to announce that CCIM instructors will be teaching accredited courses at REAL STREET Expo,” said Ted Coene, Co-President of Group C Media,  parent company of Business Facilities and Today’s Facility Manager magazines.

CCIM instructors will be teaching a full-day pre-conference course on Commercial Real Estate Negotiations on February 10 and six hour-long courses during the REAL STREET Expo conference program on February 11-12. The pre-conference course fulfills the negotiation requirement for achieving the coveted CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. Registrants who take this course will receive state continuing education credit and a certificate of completion.

Accredited courses taught by CCIM instructors during the event’s conference program will include Measure of Investment Performance, Real Estate Applications of Time Value of Money Concepts, Comparative Lease Analysis, The Capital Expenditure Decision, Creating Reliable Valuations and Communication Skills for CRE Professionals. The one-hour courses will be offered as a package included in the REAL STREET Expo registration fee.

The inaugural REAL STREET Expo will feature a two-day, multi-track conference program featuring 40 hour-long sessions offering insight from CRE experts on the strategies which are essential to successfully address today’s critical priorities of cost-effective management of properties and maximizing the value of portfolios.

The Exhibit Hall at REAL STREET Expo will showcase up to 100 leading firms from every key commercial real estate sector, including the top real estate advisory firms, Fortune 500 corporations, economic development agencies, property management services, financial services, facilities management suppliers, engineering services and many more.

Conference Directors Jack Rogers (Editor in Chief of Business Facilities) and Anne Vazquez (Editor in Chief of Today’s Facility Manager) have organized a Conference Advisory Board of leading CRE professionals to assist them in defining compelling and highly informative conference sessions and identifying high-profile speakers who will provide the most up-to-date strategic thinking in today’s CRE marketplace.
