Site #1 – EastPointe Business Park
The 1,000-acre EastPointe development can accommodate industrial and distribution projects that have large acreage requirements. EastPointe has earned the exclusive “Job Ready Site” designation and offers companies flexible lot sizes and plenty of room to grow. Tax incentives through the Ohio Enterprise Zone Program are available for eligible projects. EastPointe is home to Dollar General, New Bakery Company, Bilco and Avon Products Distribution Center.
