Lerner Announces Capital One To Open Office In Tysons, VA

Lerner Enterprises has announced that Capital One has signed a lease for space at The Corporate Office Centre at Tysons II in Tysons, VA. Capital One anticipates opening its offices in late 2015 and will occupy six full floors in the 18-story Class A office tower.

The Corporate Office Centre at Tysons II continues to solidify its position as the iconic business address of Northern Virginia,” he added.

Capital One was represented by Jeffrey M. Roman and John DiCamillo of CBRE. Tysons II and Lerner were represented by Brian F. Tucker, Moe H. Hamilton, and John B. Dragelin of Cushman & Wakefield’s Virginia office.

The Corporate Office Centre at Tysons II has leasing opportunities with flexible single floor plans and multi-floor opportunities to accommodate tenants interested in Class A office space footsteps from world-class shopping at Tysons Galleria and the Tysons Corner Metro Silver Line Station.

Tysons II is a master planned development containing high-end retail, office, hotel and residential projects footsteps from the on-site Tysons Corner Metro Station. All of the projects were originally developed by Lerner.

Within the complex is 1775 Tysons Boulevard, an office tower currently under construction. This new structure is registered with the certification goal of LEED® Platinum—the first building in Tysons planned to do so—and is slated for completion in late 2015.
